In these Terms, "we", "class10", and "platform" refer to https://class10.bet and all services operating under it. "You", "user", and "member" refer to any individual registered on or using the class10 platform.

Class10 is an online gaming and betting platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, lottery, and other gaming services to players in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you confirm that you are legally entitled to access such services.

• Class10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time without prior notice.

• Your relationship with class10 is entirely independent — there is no partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship of any kind.

To use class10's services, you need to create an account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds on deposit.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person ("duplicate accounts") are detected, all accounts will be closed and no balance will be refunded.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify class10 immediately.
• Allowing third parties to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Verification of the mobile number or email address provided at registration is mandatory.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and use gaming services on class10. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. class10 may request a copy of your National ID, birth certificate, or passport for age verification at any time.

If an account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing class10.

Class10 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount.
• If a technical error or system failure produces an abnormal outcome, class10 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If your internet connection drops, the outcome of your bet will be determined based on the server record.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be automatically refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment of bet confirmation will apply.

Class10's RNG (Random Number Generator) system is regularly audited by independent international third parties, ensuring that all game outcomes are completely fair and random.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the class10 platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Attempting to hack the system or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Playing using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to collude with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Spreading false information or attempting to damage the reputation of class10.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor.

Class10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without notice — including for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or security-related reasons.

You may request to close your account at any time. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, that amount will be refunded. Please note that the account closure process may take up to 7 business days.
